Saracens and England Women’s star Vicky Fleetwood backs Coach Unlimited’s Strong Girls Can programme.
“These days, there are so many pressures put on women by the media and celebrities and that is creating problems in society because young women are feeling like they need to conform to those pressures,” says Vicky. “There is now a programme called Strong Girls Can which helps empower young women to let them know they are good enough as they are. “It also encourages them to behave in a way that they want to and not have to conform to those pressures” – Vicky Fleetwood
Strong Girls Can is delivered by Coach Unlimited in secondary schools across the UK and is aimed at 13 to 16-year-old girls.
