What do you get out of working for CoachUnlimited?:
Everything you could want from a job! Working as part of a team, some independent work, indoor and outdoor work, educating and developing young people and working with experienced teaching staff to help up-skill them. The best part about my job is definitely working with the CU team, they are fun, passionate and highly professional.

Safeguard training. First aid training including paediatric element. NVQ Level 3 diploma in supporting the delivery of PE and school sports. Level 1 FA football coach; Level 2 Dodgeball coach. British Gymnastics Intermediate Primary Level Teachers award.

5 GCSE’s grade c; Diploma in business studies. NVQ Level 3 diploma in supporting the delivery of PE and school sports.

Recent CPD:
Delivery of outstanding gymnastics lessons, Classroom behaviour management, Buddy coaching, Autism awareness, GDPR training.

Hobbies:
Running, netball, books.

What do you get out of working for CoachUnlimited?:
I have always worked in sales and enjoyed working with people but, after taking time out to have 3 children, I decided that I wanted more personal satisfaction from my job. I genuinely like children and find my job very rewarding, especially knowing that I may be coaching these children in sports that they have never had the opportunity to do before. I hope that I’m making a difference in their lives.

The opportunity to play a part in Fostering (developing/encouraging etc) the children’s love for sport.

Hobbies:
Academy Goalkeeping Coach at Leicester Road Football Club, volunteer at several grassroot football clubs and developing my skills on ‘Football Manager’ !

What do you get out of working for CoachUnlimited?:
CoachUnlimited has helped me to develop key skills such as;  time management, organisation and people skills. It has given me the opportunity to encourage youngsters to become involved and enjoy sport.

NADIA SMART - Sports & Activities Coach

Level 3 Diploma in Supporting and Delivering PE and School Sport.

Hobbies:
Netball, gym, running. I am also currently training for an Olympic style triathlon in June.

What do you get out of working for CoachUnlimited?:
I’ve always loved working with children and I want to be an inspiration to the next generation as I have personally always looked up to my sports coaches and teachers when I was a child.

Where will this job take you in the future?:
It has already given me a lot more confidence within myself and has enabled me to work with a range of different people and children of all ages and abilities.
