- Bookings
Bookings made online will be confirmed by email. A booking is confirmed when we receive the payment and receipt of these constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
- Payments
CoachUnlimited accepts payment by credit card and debit card. We do not accept payment by cheque, American Express or PayPal. Payments are made in full and is taken at the time of booking.
- Offers and Discounts
The best available price will always be offered to you at the time of booking. Discounts cannot be used in conjunction with each other. If you have multiple discount codes, the best rate will be offered to you. CoachUnlimited cannot apply discounts retrospectively and discounts must be applied at the time of booking.
- Cancellations
If your child is unable to attend, a change of day may be given at our discretion.
- Your child’s information
It is the responsibility of the person making the booking to ensure that all details provided are accurate and up to date.
- Special requirements
CoachUnlimited recognises that the needs of individual children vary, and will endeavour to accommodate children with specific needs and/or medical conditions within our club environment.
It is the responsibility of the parent/carer to inform us of any medical conditions and special educational needs or disabilities so we can discuss how best to accommodate the child, and consider whether any reasonable adjustments can be made.
We are not able to provide additional staff to support a child 1:1.
- Illness and First Aid
CoachUnlimited will only administer medication if it has been prescribed by a doctor or other health professional.
In the event of an accident, first aid will be administered to children in our care, and the emergency services will be called if necessary.
Essential prescribed medication, including Epipens, must be given to staff.
- Child Exclusion
CoachUnlimited has a responsibility for ensuring the well-being and safety of all children in our care and have approved procedures for managing behaviour. The company follows a zero-tolerance policy on discrimination, bullying and persistent unwanted behaviour of any kind. On rare occasions, and in more serious cases, we reserve the right to ask parents to remove children. No refund will be made for any remaining days booked, and any costs associated with the exclusion will be the parents’ responsibility. We reserve the right to exclude a child at any time prior to or during a session due to illness.
- Late Pick-up
All children must be collected at the required end time. We reserve the right to charge a late collection fee. We reserve the right to take further action beyond 30 minutes which may include contacting Social Services. We reserve the right to refuse future bookings.
- Notice of Absence
Please make us aware if your child is not attending a scheduled session.
- Programme and activities
Activity programmes are subject to change in the event of unsuitable weather or other circumstances beyond our control.
- Personal Property
All your child’s personal property is your responsibility and CoachUnlimited is not liable for any lost or damaged property.
- Mobile Phones and Electronic Devices
All mobile phones and electrical devices are prohibited and will be taken by staff. The device will be returned to the authorised parent/carer at the end of the session.
- Insurance
All children in our care are covered by our Public Liability Insurance.
- Photography / Filming
Please be aware that CoachUnlimited occasionally take photographs/video footage of children for promotional reasons. Please state on the booking form if you do not wish for your child to be photographed.
- Parent Feedback / Complaints
If you have concerns or suggestions, please tell us; we value your feedback and use it to develop and improve our services. If you have a concern regarding our sessions, then please contact our Head Office (dan@coach-unlimited.co.uk or 01455393404).
- Safeguarding
CoachUnlimited has legal obligations in relation to safeguarding and any suggestion of child abuse or neglect will be investigated and reported.
- Data Protection
To process your booking, we need to collect personal details about you and your child. We will treat it as confidential and keep it secure, complying with all relevant UK legislation. We will use your email address and telephone number to contact you with information that relates to any bookings that you make and any information that we might need that relates to the welfare of your child. We would also like to use some of your details to tell you about our products and services, and those of our parent/sister organisations and will ask for your consent during the registration / booking process.
